We use your information to prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, call 811/Blue Stakes to mark utilities at your address, send invoices, answer your questions, and improve this website.

If you text us or submit a form, we text you back about your quote and job. We only send promotional texts if you check the marketing-texts box on our form. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — our phone/text provider, website host, email provider, payment processor, and Blue Stakes for utility locates — and when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or Meta Pixel). Our website does load content from these third parties:

We keep job records as long as needed for business, tax and warranty purposes, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
