Estimates
Prices on this website are general ranges. Your written quote is what controls the price of your job. Quotes based on photos may be adjusted on site if conditions differ from the photos, and you approve any change before work starts.
Utilities
We request an 811 / Blue Stakes locate before grinding. Blue Stakes does not mark private lines, such as sprinklers, private water or gas lines, low-voltage lighting, pet fences, or septic systems. The property owner is responsible for marking private lines, and we are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.
Property and access
You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission, and that the work is not prohibited by an HOA or neighbor agreement. We take care to protect lawns, but minor turf marks from equipment can occur.
Stump grinding results
Grinding removes the stump 6–12 inches below grade. Roots outside the grind area remain and decay naturally. The grind hole may settle over time.
